Colors may seem different depending on light and your device
Please keep in mind that product colors shown on the website might vary slightly due to different monitor settings and display capabilities. Also the light where the picture was taken will have an impact on the plant’s color. I do my best to provide different images of the product, in different settings and angles, so that you get the best idea how it looks like. I encourage you to reach out to us for specific details if needed to ensure you get exactly what you expect.
Damage during shipping
I deeply care about your satisfaction and pack every plant with care and love. However, once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. By ordering, you agree to not hold me or Black Vortex Plants liable for any damages or losses that occur during transportation. If you encounter any issues, please let me know, and I’ll will do my best to assist you and to find a way to turn your experience positive again.
Damage due to environmental change stress
Kindly note that transportation and change of environment is a shock to a plant. With some plants, like Alocasias, it is common that they may drop a leaf or show other signs of stress. This is normal and won’t be compensated. By ordering a plant, you acknowledge this. To ensure that your plant survives through the stress period, avoid repotting, fertilizing and other similar stress sources for at least one month after the plant has arrived.
